We are making some changes here at Retriever Ranch.  Just like all changes some will like it and some won't.  That's just the nature of change and people.  Do to the fact we can just take only 30 dogs and are typically average about 15-20 any given week we have decided to reduce the times and days you can pick up and drop offs dogs.   There are a few reasons we are doing this, however, we just don't' need to be open 70 hours a week for this number of dogs and the average 3-6 people that drop or pick up each day.  We have a morning window of 7:30am to 10:30pm and afternoon window of 2:30pm to 4:30pm both these windows are by appointment.  This mean if you book a morning or afternoon and that changes, we need to be notified of the change.    We had been closed for pickups and drop offs on Sundays but as 2023 we are now closed on Saturdays for this as well.  This will give us the proper time needed to handle the number of dogs on average that we take each week.  I know this might be an inconvenience for some, however, it really helps to keep the noise level down, helps the dogs be more relaxed and the neighbors happier.   Each time someone shows up the dog's normal bark and get excited for the next hour or so.
